The pair were spotted getting close on the live audience camera, with 22-year-old Sheeran placing his hand on her thigh.

Ed Sheeran and Ryan Tedder are due to join season 5 of the hit T.V show ‘The Voice’.
The music stars will be joining Team Adam and Team Christina as mentors during The Voice‘s battle rounds.
Season 5′s first two celebrity guest mentors have been announced, and they’ll be helping Adam Levine and Christina Aguilera mentor their contestants on to success.
While their musical styles are different, both Aguilera and Sheeran have broad interests in different genres of music, and will likely offer a well-rounded critique for the artists.
The Give Me Love singer doesn’t see himself as a heartthrob and told People that although he gets attention from females they usually just want to look after him.
The 22-year-old, who is currently single, said: “If you speak to most women, they want to take me home and mother me rather than take me to bed. I just have that impression.”
British singer-songwriter Ed also admitted he hasn’t quite got used to seeing the ladies get so excited at his shows.
He said: “I find the whole concept of women screaming at me so odd. It’s very flattering, but I don’t think I will ever consider myself to be a sex symbol.”

Sheeran admitted that she was not a public figure, but any hint towards her identity was kept secret for her sake.
Ed Sheeran has designed a limited edition range of guitars to help raise money for children’s charity’s.
Sheeran teamed up with Acoustic Guitar manufacturers C.F Martin and Company to produce his Signature edition guitars. They will be embossed at the East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) logo and a plus symbol in reference to the singer’s debut album.
The cause is close to Sheeran’s heart as he grew up in Suffolk, where EACH runs one of three hospices.
Sheeran says, “I have been a fan of (the guitar brand) since I started playing guitar
and I am honoured to have a signature edition that bears my own personal imprint.
All of the royalties from every purchase will go to EACH and I can’t wait to get on stage and perform with it.”

He told MTV News, “I played in Philadelphia and I was on tour with my friends, the Rizzle Kicks, who were my opening act. And I got ‘Prince,’ Jordan got ‘Fresh’ on his leg, and Harley got on his arm ‘on the playground where I spent most of my days.’” That’s one way to pay tribute to the City of Brotherly Love!
The 22-year-old singer is currently touring the US with Taylor Swift on her red tour.
He didn’t think he would make it into the music industry because of his looks.
“Every single label I had gone to at the time had told me this song wasn’t a hit,” he revealed to SBTV’s NCS. “They said this song wouldn’t work. And the fact that I was slightly chubby and ginger was not a good ‘marketing tool’ for them.
“So it did definitely feel like it wasn’t going to happen.”
However Ed revealed that his quirky appearance is what made him be taken seriously as an artist today. He likes looking different to the typical popular musician because he gets noticed.
“But being an individual makes you stand out from the crowd,” he added.
Ed stuck at it with his ideal profession because he didn’t feel good enough to do anything else well. It made him more determined after the negetive feedback.
“It’s like if you want something so badly go out there and grab, just keep on doing it – because there are people out there who do want it just as much as you do and there are people out there if given the opportunity to take my place will, so it’s just as important to keep pushing yourself and working at it.”
